3. Do Oil-free Air Compressors need Maintenance at all?
No. Although you don’t have to change the oil, routine maintenance like changing the filters, inspecting the cooling system, and examining components is still required to maintain performance. 

4. Do oil-free air compressors have a shorter life span?
Not really. Today’s oil-free air compressors can be built for long, service life just like oil-lubricated models can – if the right materials are used and the right maintenance is applied.
