Product Principle

The cyclone separator (GW gas-water separator) takes the principle of centrifugal sedimentation as its core. It is a special equipment specially used for efficiently separating solid and liquid impurities from compressed gas flow. Its working core does not require complex power components; it uses the centrifugal force generated by the gas flow's own movement to achieve rapid separation of gas, liquid, and solid phases. It is widely used in compressed air purification, industrial gas treatment and other scenarios, which can effectively remove oil droplets, water droplets and fine solid dust in the gas flow, ensure the normal operation of downstream equipment, and avoid wear, blockage or pollution caused by impurities.


Product Structure

The GW gas-water separator has a compact and reasonable structural design, mainly composed of three core parts: shell, separator assembly and built-in discharge component, and all parts work together to ensure separation efficiency. When compressed air containing liquid condensate (oil droplets, water droplets) and a small amount of solid impurities enters the interior of the separator, it first flows through the impeller of the separator assembly. Under the guidance of the impeller, it generates high-speed rotational movement, thereby forming strong centrifugal force. Under the action of centrifugal force, oil droplets, water droplets and solid impurities with much higher density than air are quickly thrown to the inner side wall of the separator. After hitting the side wall, the impurities lose kinetic energy, slowly flow to the bottom of the separator under their own gravity, and are finally automatically discharged by the built-in drain at the bottom; while the purified compressed air flows upward along the central channel and is stably output through the top outlet, completing the entire separation process.
